Five (5) Finalists will compete in the Oceanside Best Shopper contest Finals on Saturday, March 4 at Mission Marketplace. The Finalists were selected from entries which included “Why I’m Oceanside’s Best Shopper” essay.
Congratulations to Oceanside’s Best Shopper Finalists Kimberly Aguilar, Stacey Anderson, Abbey Glauch, Michelle Reyes and Diana Cruz Ortiz! The finalists will each receive $500 to prove their shopping skills on March 4 for the chance to win the title of Oceanside Best Shopper and $1,000 in gift cards from Mission Marketplace merchants!
The public is invited to the Oceanside Best Shopper Finals from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on March 4 at Mission Marketplace. Finalists will have three hours from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. to shop for the same assignments. The contest judges, Scott Ashton, Oceanside Chamber of Commerce CEO, Christina Sharp, Mira Costa College Business Professor and Carrie Harkin, Personal Shopper and Stylist, will review the Finalist’s purchases to select the Oceanside’s Best Shopper winner by 3 p.m.
